Hey! I'm Hayley and I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering one to one therapy covering a range of issues for individuals age 19+. I offer online and in-person sessions, as well as group facilitation and retreats. I also offer EMDR therapy and TRE, a somatic based therapy.

I am a Registered Cinical Counsellor, with 20 years working in mental health in the areas of substance use and addiction, eating disorders and trauma. I have worked in community and inpatient settings in both public and private sectors.
I feel passionate about creating a safe space for folks to arrive in and feel comfortable enough for the vulnerable work that is therapy.
I take a client focused approach and believe that collaboration, safety and trust are the underpinnings of a great therapeutic relationship.
I feel so privileged to have spent half my life alongside people's experiences that have been painful, emotional, explorational, connecting and transformative.
